CBell’s Store accepts returns for any items other than the products marked “final sale”. Since it is a clothing store, we do include, “Only unworn items will be accepted for returns/exchange within 15 days of when the item was delivered to you.” 

RETURNS

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item (other than FINAL SALE) that is unworn, no scent of perfume, has the hang-tag intact. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material. Please contact us at (cbellsstore@gmail.com) to request a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval. Only unworn items will be accepted for returns/exchange within 15 days of when item/s was/were delivered to you.

RETURN SHIPPING

​To return your item for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return item.

REFUND/EXCHANGE PROCESS

Any item must be its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of you refund. If you are approval, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
